At the time Obama was allegedly born, on August 4th 1961 , there were 3 types of ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATES (OBC) or CERTIFICATES OF LIVE BIRTH which could be issued that would qualify one to receive a State of Hawaii CERTIFICATION OF LIVE BIRTH (COLB).
The 1st type is based on a detailed birth record from a hospital (with the doctor's signature). The 2nd type is based on a detailed birth record from a midwife (with the mid-wife's signature). The 3rd type, as seen above (HRS §338-6),was based solely on the testimony of any one person who claimed to have knowledge of the a birth.
A COLB (like the one Obama obtained in 2007 and posted on the Internet) acquired by this 3rd method would have been based on a record, and still would be based on a record of this ONE PERSON'S WORD.
A COLB issued in 2007 - by Hawaii’s Department of Health Vital Statistics - for an individual with this type of original birth record would state exactly what Obama’s COLB states.

Did you notice Obama looked like he was having an internal fit at the point where he was supposed to say that they are endowed by their Creator?

Nothing like a blast from the past to remind us of how dumb those who believed Obama was going to be a post-racial president were during the 2008 election.

Obama knows, what he can get away with saying as a politician in high office, verses what a rabble rousing non-politician or street agitator can get away with.

So it’s not surprising then that they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.
(By the way, anybody ever here a Christian refer to their faith as something they cling to? I have never heard a Christian describe their faith with a term that has a negative connotation before. And I still haven't, because Obama is as much a Christian as I am a Leftist.)

We saw this to a great degree during the push for a Federal Government take-over of healthcare.
And - of course - those of us who want the resulting healthcare bill repealed are - by Leftist deductive reasoning - racists too.

Anybody who has dared to point out any aspect of Obama's eligibility problem, proof of citizenship problem, his past and present affiliations, his across the board concealment of his life's records and documents, his past or present criminal and unethical acts have been branded racists by the same pricks.
